Salmon with garlic and chili

Ingredients

  • 1 Pure Iceland Seafood Chain pack Atlantic Salmon 20 oz (4pieces)
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 red chili pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Put aluminum foil on a baking dish and lightly grease the aluminum foil.

Mix together the garlic, chili pepper, olive oil, mustard, lime juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. If you have a mortar and pestle you can use that but otherwise just use a tablespoon and a bowl and mix it well together.

Put the salmon fillets on the baking dish and put the garlic chili mix on the salmon so it covers the fillets.

Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
