Parmesan Crusted Cod

Ingredients

  • 1 chain pack Atlantic Cod
  • 6 tablespoons wheat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup SHAKE´n BAKE parmesan crusted (Kraft)
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Lemon pepper
  • olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 356° Fahrenheit
  • Mix egg, and milk together in a bowl and put it aside
  • Put the wheat in another bowl
  • Mix 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese (the rest goes on the fish later), SHAKE´n BAKE parmesan crusted (Kraft) and mix together in a bowl.
  • Cover the fish in the wheat, put it in the bowl with the egg and milk and then finally roll it in the parmesan mix.
  • Heat a pan on the stove with olive oil
  • Fry the fish on each side, put some butter on the pan when you turn the fish around.
  • Season with lemon pepper and put the fish in an oven dish.
  • Put the rest of the shredded parmesan over the fish and cook it in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve with potatoes and coleslaw
