Mango Chutney Cod
Instructions
1 chain pack Atlantic cod (20oz)
1 can Siggi´s skyr plain (150gr)
1-2 tablespoon curry
3 tablespoons Major Grey’s mango chutney
Salt
Pepper
4 tablespoons milk
3-4 carrots
8-10 Baby Bella mushrooms
1 yellow onion
Feta cheese
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 356° Fahrenheit
Preheat oil in a frying pan on your stove
Lightly fry the fish on the pan
Season with salt and pepper
Put on an oven dish
Cut the onion, mushrooms and the carrots in small pieces and cook them on the frying pan until the vegetables soften.
Spread the vegetables on top of the fish in the oven dish.
Mix the whole can of Siggi´s skyr with 4 tablespoons of milk
Then mix the Siggi´s skyr blend, mango chutney, and the curry together. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the fish and vegetables in the oven dish and put some feta cheese on top
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
