Grilled Salmon with Lemons
INGREDIENTS
4 5-oz. skin-on salmon fillets (1 chain pack from Pure Iceland seafood)
Olive oil, for brushing
Salt
Ground black pepper
2 lemons sliced
3 tbsp. butter
DIRECTIONS
- Heat grill to high.
- Brush salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the Salmon with skin up on the grill for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn the salmon so the skin is down and add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Grill for 2 minutes (with the lid on the grill closed) or until salmon is cooked through and lemons are charred
- Put butter of your liking to salmon when it comes off the grill and top with grilled lemons.
