Parmesan Crusted Cod
Ingredients
1 chain pack Atlantic Cod
6 tablespoons wheat
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup SHAKE´n BAKE parmesan crusted (Kraft)
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Lemon pepper
olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 356° Fahrenheit
Mix egg, and milk together in a bowl and put it aside
Put the wheat in another bowl
Mix 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese (the rest goes on the fish later), SHAKE´n BAKE parmesan crusted (Kraft) and mix together in a bowl.
Cover the fish in the wheat, put it in the bowl with the egg and milk and then finally roll it in the parmesan mix.
Heat a pan on the stove with olive oil
Fry the fish on each side, put some butter on the pan when you turn the fish around.
Season with lemon pepper and put the fish in an oven dish.
Put the rest of the shredded parmesan over the fish and cook it in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Serve with potatoes and coleslaw
