Parmesan Crusted Cod
Ingredients
- 1 chain pack Atlantic Cod
- 6 tablespoons wheat
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup SHAKE´n BAKE parmesan crusted (Kraft)
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Lemon pepper
- olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 356° Fahrenheit
- Mix egg, and milk together in a bowl and put it aside
- Put the wheat in another bowl
- Mix 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese (the rest goes on the fish later), SHAKE´n BAKE parmesan crusted (Kraft) and mix together in a bowl.
- Cover the fish in the wheat, put it in the bowl with the egg and milk and then finally roll it in the parmesan mix.
- Heat a pan on the stove with olive oil
- Fry the fish on each side, put some butter on the pan when you turn the fish around.
- Season with lemon pepper and put the fish in an oven dish.
- Put the rest of the shredded parmesan over the fish and cook it in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with potatoes and coleslaw
