Atlantic Cod with pesto and olives

Ingredients

  • 1 chain pack Atlantic Cod (20oz)
  • 1 jar Sun-dried tomato pesto (approximately 7 oz)
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 365° Fahrenheit
  • Put the cod fillets in an oven dish
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Mix the pesto, cream, and the feta cheese together in a bowl.
  • Pour over the cod and sprinkle olives on top.
  • Put in the oven for 25 minutes
  • Shred parmesan cheese on top and serve with a side dish of your choosing.
